You can really help us raise vital funds by Sponsoring a Kerry Greyhound or by Sponsoring a Kennel. You can do this as a gift for yourself or for someone else. Sponsors receive a certificate, updates and photos and our latest newsletter. We have five sponsorships to choose from:
Sponsor Dog - Elfie	Elfie came to us with a twisted leg that had broken and left to set badly on its own. Elfie is a sweet little lurcher picked up as a stray in County Kerry. Her leg had been broken and left to set badly by itself and she couldn’t use it at all. Poor Elfie was also pregnant. We found good homes for her puppies and a specialist vet to operate on Elfie’s leg.
Sponsor Dog - Star	Seven year old Star had to come back into our care when his owner sadly died. Star had a long racing career. One of the lucky ones, he found a loving home to retire to. But his luck ran out when his owner very sadly died. He came back into our care and found a permanent home with one of our foster carers where he now helps new dogs settle in when they arrive.
Sponsor Dog - Christy	Two year old Christy is in permanent foster care due to his medical condition. Christy has a permanent disability as his bones didn’t form properly as a pup. He has had surgery to help him and is on medication for the rest of his life. Despite this he’s a happy, bouncy boy who lives life to the full. He has a permanent foster home but we will continue to cover the veterinary costs for his condition.
Sponsor a Kennel	We rent some kennel spaces in boarding kennels as we dont have our own kennels. The hounds live in kennels until they find a permanent home, or until a foster home comes available. You can also visit your sponsored kennel if you wish.
There are two ways you can pay for your sponsorship: OPTION ONE By a regular donation by Standing Order each month. We ask you to pledge a minimum of £2 each month (there's no maximum)!
